  After a visit to Aso Rock today, Governor David Umahi declared to contest for President. Umahi, a member of the All Progressive Congress(APC) is declaring just a day after Senator Bola Tinubu declared for same election. As Nigerians hope to go to polls to elect a new president by early months of 2023, this year will be rich with political news. Many Nigerians in politics will not be surprised by Umahi's declaration. While he is largely seen as one of the best governors in the South East, he is also a close associate of the president even when he was in the opposition People's Democratic Party(PDP).     Governor David Umahi

 Aso Rock has announced that President Mohammadu Buhari has appointed Doyin Salami as Chief Economic Adviser.  58years old Salami is a world recognized economist and scholar. His appointment has been widely seen as a welcome development. The question now widely being asked is weather the government of Nigeria and the President's cabinet will work with the recommendations of the new Chief Economic Adviser in other to save the dying economy of the country.  Dr Adedoyin Salami
